Beth is a native of Florida and grew up in Miami. Beth met Bascom in 1996, and they were married in Key West in 2000. Beth has been a licensed Real Estate Agent since 1995. Before relocating to Key West, Beth worked for Citicorp/Citibank, Taylor & Mathis, and OneSource Corporation. Beth was awarded the '1999 Top Sales Award for the Southern Region by OneSource for closing contract cleaning services on The Loews Miami Beach Hotel, The Panthers Arena, and Miami International Airport.
 
Upon relocating to Key West, Beth obtained her Community Association Managers (CAM) license and managed La Brisa Condominiums in Key West. Beth also worked for Marriott Beachside, selling their Condominium program. Most recently Beth worked with First State Bank of the Florida Keys, under their LLC name of Keys Island Properties. Beth represented the owners in selling 26 Million dollars in REO inventory, a total of 83 properties from Miami to Key West from 2011-2014.
