Meet Michael Browning

Michael Browning has lived in Key West since 1985. He graduated from St. Leo University Graduating Summa Cum Laude with a bachelor’s degree followed by attending Stetson College of Law where he received his Juris Doctor Degree and became a member of the Florida Bar.

He obtained his real estate license in 1996 and continued to practice law in Key West until 2005 when he retired as the managing partner of the law firm of Browning and Sireci, P.A.  Mr. Browning’s law practice focused largely on Real Estate, Business Development, Zoning, Real Estate Development, and Municipal law.   While he retains his license to practice law, in 2005 he became the full-time Managing Member of New Moon Management Group, LLC, a management company which owns and operates several businesses in the Key West. 

In addition to being a licensed attorney and realtor, Mr. Browning is a certified mediator and does select consulting work for a limited number of companies.  He serves on the City of Key West Planning Board; and is an active member in noon Rotary. He has previously been on the boards of several non-profits including 13 years on the Board of the Chamber of Commerce serving as both first and second vice-president and Chairman of the Board. He has additionally been on the Boards for The Southernmost Homeless Assistance League (SHAL); the Mel Fischer Maritime Museum; and a past board member and President of the Montessori School.
